H.T. HIGH-EFFICIENCY DRYERS
R.R. SWIFT COOLING STATIONS
H.T. high-efficiency dryers have been studied in order to meet drying requirements in short times and without holding much room. They work by electricity and do not need any other connection to steam, hot water plant and so on. They can be placed wherever it is needed inside a tannery, without any intervention of special maintenance. Their working technique makes drying power immediately available on the product to be treated. Besides, the power is used in a rational way, i.e. in a quantity suitable to one's need, thus joining high efficiency and energy saving.
H.T. high-efficiency dryers suit different industrial sectors. Mainly conceived for tanning field, they can be employed, with appropriate modifications, in silkscreen process, paper and textile industry and in those sectors where a fast drying, making part of through-feed production line, is needed.
In tanneries, they are normally installed after roller coaters, spraying booths, or for other special dryings or treatment. In silkscreen process and paper industry they can dry prints, inks, lacquers or any residual humidity, while in textile industry it is possible to fix drawings, prints and protective products on fabrics or articles of clothing.
Standard versions can reach the maximum temperature of 120°C, on request it is possible to manufacture dryers working at up to 250°C.
Not all products, coming out of H.T. dryers can be piled up or stored when they are hot. For this reason, it is possible to install, in line with them, a swift-cooling device, called R.R., which cools the items before their piling and storing. It is also possible to install an automatic device, in order to carry out stacking operations or to hang leather on an overhead conveyor automatically.
Besides, it is possible to place, at the end of the dryer, an automatic device loading leather onto an overhead chain conveyor.
H.T. high-efficiency dryers and R.R. swift-cooling devices are manufactured in four standard working widths, even if there is the possibility of special versions having different width, according to Customer's requirements.
