WINDY and GHIBLI tunnel dryers have been studied in order to satisfy nearly all the possible output requirements.
They are conceived in a modular way, i.e. made up of drying chambers, each 2mt-long and including a thermos-ventilating group, to guarantee the utmost efficiency. It is therefore possible to determine the length of the tunnel according to Customre's requested output. Their bars can have different length, according to the kind of leather to be dried.
For low productions, there is a series of compact dryers, called "RO".
Besides, it is possible to make laboratory dryers (EL), in order to have drying test on the leather to be processed.
EKODRY is the solution designed for leather de-humidification through drying tunnels. It can be made in single, double, or "tower-type" setup, which allows the dryer to suit any working condition.
There are two basic versions of EKODRY: manual and automatic. In the first version the operator sets the parameters directly, choosing the quantity of air inside the chamber, the working temperature and chain speed. In the automatic version an enhanced device controls processing phases automatically. The software sets and coordinates any single phase of the drying process, in order to grant a perfect leather de-humidification.
The choice between the systems depends on many factors, such as dimensions and characteristics of the room, the quantity of leather to be dried, the working system, and so on, so our technicians' advice is recommended, thanks to their 40-year experience.
