Tiemme Forni Varese designed and manufactured a drying tunnel for leather, whose structure can be realized at single, coupled or overlapped tunnels, in order to suit many different output requirements.
It is available in either manual, or automatic version, in the former the operator controls all the parameters, by adjusting fan delivery, internal temperature and conveyor speed. In the automatic version all the above functions are automatically controlled by a sophisticated software, thus allowing a perfect and uniform leather drying. A similar machine is the DRYING CHAMBER, i.e. a chamber that, after loading all the skins, can be closed at controlled temperature and humidity, in order to get a quick and uniform drying process. The choice between the two systems depends on several conditions, such as room dimensions, required daily output, working process and so on.
