TECHNICAL FEATURES
They consist of mono-rail of high-resistance galvanized steel, inside which a biplanar chain runs, driven by a special "caterpillar-type" driving group. Many different hanging solutions allow you to solve any transport question for every kind of material. It is also possible to set the distance from hanging system to bar supports, so as to optimize the potential and performace of every single plant, according to the required technical features.
There are many hooking systems, from aluminium or plastic clips with special locking system, to stainless steel hooks, available in different capacities, to special plastic bar coating. It is possible to set the plant speed from 0,2 to 18 mt/min., thanks to an inverter. As a proof of the strength of our plants, the power of our driving group is calculated according to length and type of lay-out of the conveyor, thus granting the best efficiency.
